Stephen Paul Parsons

Stephen Paul Parsons, 49, of Grand Island, Nebraska died at his home Monday, May 21, 2007 of natural causes.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at All Faiths Funeral Home Chapel, Grand Island, NE. The Reverend Jay Vetter will officiate.  Burial will be in the Grand Island City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday.

Steve was born December 15, 1957 in Quincy, Massachusetts the son of Robert and Lorraine (Hawkins) Parsons.  Steve graduated from Randolph High School in Massachusetts.  He married Donna Foster July 28, 1984.  From this union two children were born.  He worked many years for the U.S. Post Office and Tom McCann.  He moved to Grand Island in 1997 with his two children.  He worked for Swift and Company for several years.  He married Robin Renee Rowley on April 14, 2002.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Robin, son Justin Parsons and daughter Sheena Parsons all of Grand Island, step son Robert Patrick, Jr. of Abington, Massachusetts, brother and sister-in-law Chris and Gwen Parsons of Grand Island and a granddaughter Donna Marie Parsons.

His parents, brother’s Robert, Jr., John Parsons and his first wife Donna Marie Parsons preceded him in death.
