Janet L. Twomey

Janet L. Twomey, 73, of Grand Island died Wednesday March 28, 2007 at Beverly Health Care at Park Place.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Island.  Bishop John Henderson will officiate.  Burial will be in the Phillips Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour before service time.  All Faiths Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Janet was born May 18, 1933 at Grand Island the daughter of Norris “Shorty” and Margaret (Humrich) Potter.

She was raised at Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High.  She was employed at the Grand Generation Center retiring in 1998.

She had strong devotion to her church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She is survived by daughter Suellen Twomey of Denver, CO.

Other survivors are granddaughter Megan Twomey and great grandchildren Patrick, Christopher and Mariah.

Memorials are suggested to the church.
