It gave him great pleasure to create gifts for his many family members by painting, modeling in clay, wood working, and writing children's stories with moral endings. He derived great enjoyment playing with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and had the joy of dancing with one of his granddaughters at her wedding before going to live with the Lord.
