Lisa A Badsteen

Lisa A. Badsteen, 41, of Lincoln, formerly of Grand Island died of a sudden illness in Lincoln.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at All Faiths Funeral Home in Grand Island. The Reverend Todd Philipsen will officiate.  Burial of ashes will be in the Grand Island Cemetery.

As per Lisa’s wishes, cremation has taken place.  There will be no visitation.

Ms. Badsteen was born December 26, 1966 at Grand Island the daughter of Raymond and Caroline (Adam) Badsteen.

Survivors are her sisters and a brother-in-law, Angela Badsteen, Michelle Hellbusch and Julie and Joel Lutt all of Grand Island.

Other survivors include a niece Mallory Hellbusch; a nephew, James Williams and great-nephew, Kaiden; a special aunt, Marietta Blank and other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Lisa was raised in Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High, class of 1985.  She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an accounting degree.  She resided in Lincoln.

Lisa loved life and loved being independent.

A memorial fund will be established in Lisa’s name.
