Steven W. Brandt

Steven W. Brandt, 48, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Grand Island died Tuesday, February 23, 2010.

Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Pauls Lutheran Church in Grand Island.  Reverend Randy Fett will officiate.  Burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Hillside Cemetery at Wolbach.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at All Faiths Funeral Home in Grand Island.

Mr. Brandt was born December 17, 1961 at Omaha the son of Melvin and JoAnn (Battershaw) Brandt.

Survivors include his mother and father of Grand Island; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Steven was raised in Grand Island graduating from Grand Island Senior High, class of 1980.  He attended Midland Lutheran College in Fremont.

Steven lived in Dallas, TX for five years and has spent the past twenty years in Houston, TX where he was the co-owner of a hair salon.

Steven loved life and was an antique collector.
