Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in All Faiths Funeral Home Chapel.
Dan Naranjo will officiate. There will be no burial as the family is
honoring her wish for cremation.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday at All Faiths Funeral Home.
Mrs. France was born February 6, 1939 at Peoria, Illinois, the daughter
of MiMi Waddell.
Survivors are her husband, Bill of Wood River; son, David Biddison of
Peoria, Illinois; daughters, Diana Schoonover of Denver, CO and Debby
Holmquist of Wood River; sisters; Jackie of Florida and Sharon of Chillicothe,
IL.
Other survivors include 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was welcomed into heaven by her mother and brothers, Doug and Dale
Biddison.
Sandy was raised in Peoria, IL, receiving her education from Woodruff
High School.
She was united into marriage to Bill France in August of 1990, making
their home in Menahga, MN where she worked at Lamb Weston RDO for 16
years receiving many awards.
She enjoyed playing on the computer and spending time with family, friends,
and her dog, Precious. Sandy especially enjoyed a night of bingo.
