Benino C. "Benny Garcia, 86, died Sunday, March 14, 2010, at Golden
Living Lakeview Nursing Home in Grand Island.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church
in Grand Island. The Rev. Mark Maresh will officiate. All Faiths Funeral Home
is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are being accepted in his name.
Mr. Garcia was born June 22, 1924, at New Braunfels, Texas, to Pedro and Mary
(Contreras) Garcia.
Survivors of the immediate family include a sister, Margarita Lopez of San
Antonio, Texas; a brother, Robert Garcia of Grand Island; and two sisters-in-law,
Josie of Grand Island and Angie of McCook
