Timothy "Tim" Bremer

January 10, 1973 - October 13, 2021

Timothy “Tim” Ray Bremer, 48, left this life for his new adventure on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, surrounded by his loving family in his home. Visitation will be held at All Faiths Funeral Home on Saturday, from 4-6 pm. A memorial service and celebration of Tim’s life will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Family is asking that those attending feel comfortable in wearing jeans and t-shirts. Burial of ashes will be at Grand Island City Cemetery. Tim was born January 10, 1973, in Grand Island, the son of Raymond and Naomi (Ahrens) Bremer. He grew up in Wood River and Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Senior High in 1992. On July 23, 1994, he married DeeDee Schleicher. They made their home and raised their family in Grand Island. Tim was employed by OverHead Door for over 25 years. He then worked for Standard Iron until his health deteriorated. Tim was all about the outdoors. He loved camping, swimming, and especially fishing and his boat. He was an avid stock car fan. At one time had his own car which he drove in a street stock. However, his grandchildren were his whole world. Those who cherish his memory include his wife, DeeDee; his children Nathan (Brandi) Bremer of Hastings and Samantha Bremer (Domitri Criswell) of Grand Island; and five beloved grandchildren, Brayden, Oakley and Camden Bremer and Haven and Malaki Criswell. He is also survived by his mother, Naomi Harrie; brother, Gary (Julie) Grey; sister, Michelle (Mark) Guy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Bremer; and his grandparents. Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
