Molly Anne Bixenmann

Molly Anne (Triplett) Bixenmann,75, of Texas formerly of Grand Island, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at All Faiths Funeral Home. Dan Naranjo will officiate. All Faiths Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. Memorials are designated to the family. Molly was born May 8, 1946 to Molly Katherine “Kell” Triplett and John L. Triplett in Denver, Colorado. Her mother soon married Wilber Wallace, and was there as Molly’s stepfather. Molly attended school in the Denver area. At age 16, she met Lawrence “Michael” Bixenmann and they were married on February 16, 1963. They made their home in Grand Island and were blessed with three children, Andy, Lori and Russ. Molly began working at a local potato plant in Grand Island. She earned her apprentice degree before beginning employment with Farrel Instruments until the business closed. Molly was then employed as a security guard for Country General until her retirement. Molly loved many things. Her children, grandchildren and dogs were the most important people in her life and she loved to spoil them and spend time with them. One of Molly’s favorite traditions was to have hot coco and snacks ready for everyone after the trick-o-treating was done. Thanksgiving was a special time for Molly’s family as well, they looked forward to her wonderful cooking and family time. She was a great cook and could make something delicious out of any ingredients and it would be delicious. She adored all animals and was there to help and animal in need. Molly enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and gardening. In recent years Molly moved to Texas to be near her family and fish on the ocean. She loved to take her pontoon out to fish and relax in the sun. Molly found peace on the ocean. Molly was survived by her children, Andy (Dani) Bixenmenn of Gonzales, Tx, Lori Fye of Grand Island, and Russ Bixenmann of Gonzales, Tx; 13 grandchildren;32 great-grandchildren; brothers, John Triplett of Fl and Jim Triplett of FL; along with many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Wilber Wallace; brothers, Raymond, Richard, and Ed; sisters, Bee and Clara.
