Chandler Dean Keezer

Chandler Dean Keezer, age 20, of Grand Island, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at CHI St. Francis. Chandler was able to be a tissue donor and through this act was able to give the gift of life to countless people. He will have a lasting impact on the lives of so many. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, October 30th at 10:30am at First Christian Church with Rev. Tamara Holtz officiating. The service will be livestreamed on the churches Facebook page. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th from 5-7pm at First Christian Church. Burial will take place at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. All Faiths Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements. Condolences can be left at www.giallfaiths.com. Chandler was born on January 7, 2005 to Chad and Heather (Kowalski) Keezer in Grand Island. He attended Knickrehm Elementary, Westridge Middle School, graduated from Grand Island Senior High in 2023 and was currently at the Indra House. Chandler had many things that brought him happiness and joy but if he was upset you would know. He loved playing countless games and watching shows on his iPad, especially doctor and surgery shows. His knowledge was vast and some from shows but a lot from his own experiences, appointments and surgeries. He was never afraid to ask questions or correct you if you were wrong. He also liked to watch Mickey Mouse, Doc McStuffins, Daniel Tiger, sing and listen to songs or read books. Chandler liked being outside, camping, watching the sunset and waterfalls. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. The family would like to offer their heartfelt appreciation and thanks to all the doctors, nurses, teachers, paras and the countless others who loved and cared for Chandler over the years. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Heather (Jeremy) Herrold; father, Chad Keezer and Dawn Phinizy; grandparents, Sue Kowalski, Ray and Linda Keezer, Randy and Jan Herrold and Marge Herrold; great grandmothers, Romana Beberniss and Wilma Rief; uncles, Corey (Wendy) Keezer, Tim (Heather) Keezer, Jason (Jessica) Herrold and Philip (Michelle) Herrold; aunt, Samantha (Richard) McCann; special family, Bailey and Cheyenne Willingham; special great aunt, Linda Woldruff and many other cousins, family members and friends. Chandler was preceded in death by his sister, Savannah Herrold; grandpa, Dick Kowalski; great grandparents, Cleo Beberniss, George Rief and Jess and Evelyn Keezer; aunt, Brenda Kowalski who passed away as an infant; great aunt, Diane Lunberry; great uncle, Leroy Keezer; several other great aunts and uncles and cousin, Kevin Keezer.
