Velia “Tati” Venegas Velia “Tati” Venegas, age 21, of Grand Island, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 as the result of a car accident. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 5th at 1pm at All Faiths Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Condolences can be left at www.giallfaiths.com. Velia was born on February 5, 2003 in Grand Island to Octavio Venegas and Sandra Nieves. She grew up in Grand Island and graduated from Senior High in 2021. Tati previously worked at Sin City Grill and was currently taking classes to be a yoga instructor. With beautiful plans to move to Lincoln and pursue her dreams that sadly ended with tragedy. Her free spirited self enjoyed photography and journaling. She truly had a beautiful soul, often times writing to God for guidance. Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Octavio Venegas and Sandra Nieves; sisters, Diana, Daniela and Samantha Venegas; brother, Rodrigo Venegas along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins from the Nieves and Venegas families. Velia "Tati" Venegas, de 21 años, de Grand Island, falleció el lunes 30 de septiembre de 2024 como resultado de un accidente automovilístico. Un servicio de celebración de la vida se llevará a cabo el sábado 5 de octubre a la 1 p.m. en la funeraria All Faiths. La visita se llevará a cabo una hora antes. Creció en Grand Island y se graduó de Senior High en el 2021. Tati trabajó anteriormente en Sin City Grill y actualmente estaba tomando clases para ser instructora de yoga. Con hermosos planes de mudarse a Lincoln y perseguir sus sueños que tristemente terminaron con tragedia. Su yo de espíritu libre disfrutaba de la fotografía y de escribir en su diario. Realmente tenía un alma hermosa, y a menudo escribía a Dios para que la guiara.
